Project Stages
Pre-Construction
Before we get your project underway we meet and discuss your desired outcome. We can then engage an architect or draftsman to put your visions on paper and go over these in detail to ensure the design suites your requirements. We are also happy to work with any drawings and plans you may already have. We also start the pricing process to ensure the price we give you is as accurate as possible. We engage a certifier to get your project approved. We go over the finishes and fixtures you require and meet with the particular suppliers who assist with your selections. Once approvals are in place and your Master Builders contract is signed we can discuss a start date for your project.
Construction
We work with our team of trusted subcontractors but we are also on site to ensure the quality is quality and the finish is of a high standard. We ensure the sequence of construction is maintained throughout the build and keep you informed along the way with updates of how your project is progressing.
Post-Construction
Once the construction is complete we will do a final walk through with you to ensure you are satisfied with the quality and finish of your new home. We then call for practical completion and hand over the keys to your beautiful home where you can start creating memories with your family and friends.
