What We Do
Our core business includes new custom homes, knock down rebuilds, renovations and extensions. We work with you and our architects/ draftsman to design your dream project, we organise certification, work with you to assist in your finishes selections and then all facets of the construction process through to completion. We have a wonderful team of consultants/ trades which we work with throughout the project to deliver a home of our clients dreams. 'Your home is your biggest asset'.

We understand the need to explain each and every aspect of the process and want you to be a part of the exciting journey. We have a passion for construction and bespoke homes and want our clients to share in that excitement. We like to work within our clients budget and work within the required needs, we like to avoid any financial surprises and ensure that our quotes are as accurate as possible. Unik Projects was established and founded by Nick Harding. Straight out of school and into carpentry and now with over 25 years experience in the construction industry in residential and commercial it was time to take the next step to help our clients create their dream spaces. With a background in carpentry but a strong understanding in every trade and process and having been in management roles with leading housing developers provided the tools in understanding the importance of providing high quality homes but also taking the time to understand each individual client and their desired outcomes when it comes to the finish and budget. We take the time to be there for our clients and explain the journey. We like to take a hands on approach and be on site to keep an eye on every stage to ensure its delivered to the quality and standard which we can be proud to deliver.
